Welcome to Ozee Pet Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store at ozeepetshop.com and any orders you place with us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Ozee Pet Shop is an Australian online retailer of pet accessories. We fulfil orders from Australian warehouses using a dropshipping model. Our store is powered by Shopify.
2. Online store terms
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering, and to use the store only for lawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe there is fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, or a breach of these Terms.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, prices are GST-inclusive unless we state otherwise. Product descriptions, images, and colours are provided for guidance; slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices or product information at any time. If we discover a material pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and take payment (or otherwise notify you that the order is accepted). Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment and the goods have been dispatched to you.
5. Shipping and fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled from Australian warehouses via our dropshipping fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery within Australia is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by stock, peak periods, or courier delays. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery (or on collection if applicable).
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information you provide.
6. Returns and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for purpose.
If a product has a major failure or is otherwise entitled to a remedy under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as the law requires. Please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and details of the issue.
Change of mind: If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, and not a final-sale or personalised item (if any). Change-of-mind returns may be subject to return shipping costs and, where permitted, a restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns are in addition to, and do not replace, your ACL rights.

7. Dropshipping fulfilment
Products may be shipped directly from our warehouse partners rather than from a single owned warehouse. This does not affect your rights under the ACL or these Terms. Tracking information will be provided when available.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Ozee Pet Shop and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products (for example lost profits or data). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under the ACL or other applicable law.
Where the ACL permits us to limit our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid, at our option where the law allows.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
