Ozee Pet Shop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the online store at ozeepetshop.com. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where relevant, the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where Meta Pixel or similar tools are active, Meta may receive information about your interactions with our store (for example page views or purchase events) in accordance with Meta’s policies and applicable law.

request deletion of your personal information, where we are not required or permitted to retain it (for example for order, tax, or legal records).

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Some service providers (including Shopify and Meta) may store or process data outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy obligations.
