Orders are fulfilled from Australian warehouses. Typical delivery to metro addresses (including Sydney) is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • You will receive tracking once your order ships
  • Delivery times can vary for regional and remote addresses
  • Express options may be offered at checkout when available

Returns

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet a consumer guarantee. Those rights are not affected by this policy.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer's expense unless we advise otherwise

Warranty & quality

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and your order number — we will arrange a replacement or refund under your ACL rights.
